We purchased this beautiful 3.2 ha finca in Alaro, Mallorca in November of 2021. Over the next few years we will respectfully renovate and conserve the main building, some outbuildings, a traditional olive press and one of the biggest ancient water reserves on the island.
We already started creating a vegetable garden that will one day soon provide the kitchen of the private chef Giuliano D’Amico, family, friends, collaborators and customers with fresh, healthy and organic produce. We will plant hundreds of fruit trees, grow wine and adopt bee colonies.
Our motivation comes from a strong conviction and passion for sharing exceptional home-produced food.
The planing, supervision and creation of the vegetable garden is a collaboration with an organic farmer turned art book publisher, collector and curator Antoine de Beaupré. Antoine transformed an overgrown hill in Deia – in just a few years – into a splendid diverse organic farm, that supplies the produce for renown chefs and Michelin awarded kitchens.
